Returns/Exchanges.

Thank you for choosing Roomable Studios for your furniture and decor needs. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make with us.

Should you wish to change your mind after receiving your order, we allow full returns for all In-Stock items (Customised or Made-to-Order furniture are not eligible for returns, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage). Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credits if you return the item within 7 days in its original, unused condition. Please review our return policy below:

Return Eligibility:

Return requests can only be made and initiated within 7 days of receiving the item. To initiate this request, please email us at sales@roomable.co with your order number, reason for return and photos of the item you've received.

Please note that the policy is subject to the conditions below:

a. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

b. Customised or Made-to-Order furniture may not be eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.

c. Items that are damaged resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear will not be eligible for return.

d. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage.

Our team will schedule and arrange a pick-up of the item from the delivery address. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it for damage or defects. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item after verification. If the return is approved, you will receive an email with details of the order and store credits will be issued. Refunds will be processed on the net amount paid after discount. We will deduct the courier fees from the return shipping from the Refund amount.

Do note that all shipping costs from the initial order are non-refundable.

Warranty:

We offer 12 months warranty on all products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including but not limited to structural issues, faulty craftsmanship, and defective materials. For decor items, the warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship. 

Do note that our warranty does not cover:

a. Wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or unauthorised repairs.

b. Changes in colour, texture or finish over time, which are normal characteristics of certain materials and are not considered defects.

c. Damages caused by improper assembly or installation not in accordance with our guidelines.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our team at sales@roomable.co with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may include providing photographs and returning the item for inspection.

Depending on the nature of the defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective item. If the item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or provide a refund via store credits.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Commercial use of our products may void the warranty. Any modifications to the product not authorised by Roomable Studios will void the warranty.
