Classic charm, contemporary living.
At Clementi Peaks, vintage and modern farmhouse influences come together through a palette of dark wood, black and white, complemented by antique brass and brushed gold accents. Traditional detailing is balanced with contemporary finishes, creating a home that feels timeless without being overly traditional.
Designed around the homeowners' love for hosting, the layout was reconfigured to accommodate a spacious living room, a dedicated dining area and an open kitchen. From the decorative ceiling beams to the shaker style cabinets, farmhouse elements are carried throughout the interiors, giving the home a distinctive identity.

More room to live.
With one bedroom opened up to accommodate a dedicated dining area, the adjoining living space was given a more generous footprint. An unconventional arrangement of two sofas creates ample seating for both everyday comfort and entertaining, bringing together the warmth of leather with the softness of fabric upholstery.
Dark wood ceiling beams introduce farmhouse character overhead, while a combination of natural textures and layered furnishings adds warmth to the otherwise monochromatic interiors.

The beauty of traditional details.
Farmhouse detailing extends beyond the main living area, with a feature wall that discreetly conceals the bomb shelter at the entryway. Shaker style doors and brass accents introduce traditional touches that connect the different spaces.
The open kitchen brings together white cabinets, textured wall tiles and dark wood finishes, with open shelving and a dedicated dry pantry designed around the homeowners' love for coffee. A generous island provides additional preparation space and a casual spot for guests to gather, making the kitchen as inviting as it is functional.

A softer side of farmhouse living.
The master bedroom takes a more understated approach to the farmhouse aesthetic, with loose furniture, soft textiles and warm wood accents creating a calm and comfortable retreat. Traditional touches are introduced through carefully selected furnishings and decorative details, allowing the room to retain its character without extensive built-in carpentry.
In the bathrooms, a restrained combination of textured finishes, warm brass accents and simple detailing continues the home's design language, bringing a sense of continuity to the more private spaces.
